I do love hambeltons bakery
I live in Nottingham so my local branch is melton road
What I’m not happy with at all is the damb right sarcastic remarks I’ve personally had as has my husband from a lady who is employed by you
She has made awful remarks , the most recent was when I went into collect this order on my most recent visit which was in a rather bursting shop filled with Christmas shoppers
She made such rude comments about she “ doesn’t get it “ why people who were wanting sliced bread to PRE ORDER. As she does not like using the slicer
My husband is a business man who does not take kindly to such comments which I do not feel any hambeltons customer should
And even more so during the busiest Christmas period
This needs to be dealt with as a matter of urgency as this particular employee should not be working within a shop which uses a slicer as part of the service offered to its customers
And May I add as an insult to injury
Customers are now having to pay for
