The artisan patisseries make a selection of delicious cakes and buns, which include traditional Lancashire Eccles Cake, Chocolate Brownies, Pecan Buns, Iced Manchets & newly added Lemon Cruffins. Our tarts are made with a sweet crust pasty base; the Lemon Tart filled with homemade lemon curd, and the Fruit & Almond Tarts are made with our seasonal fruits, frangipane and often topped with flaked almonds or pistachios.
