All our products are made fresh to order – the proving time for bread can take between 24- 48hrs.

We don’t deliver, but have 150 wholesalers locally that stock our bread, and can take special orders if necessary.

Your order will be ready from 8am in the morning, on the date you select.

Our Spelt bread contains the lowest amount of gluten, this is due to the absence of the gluten producing protein gliadin. Also, our sourdough bread that contain rye, tend to be lower in gluten than others.

Sadly, we don’t do gluten free products. Although our bakery is of a moderate size, we would have to create a completely new area for production to accommodate an entirely gluten free zone.
