12th Night Cake is a bread dough enriched with fruits and spices, topped with marzipan and icing. It is not dissimilar to the Italian panettone; and traditionally served on the 5th January.
INGREDIENTS & ALLERGENS: Flour (GLUTEN ) MILK, Currants, Sultanas (SULPHITES), Golden Syrup, Butter (MILK) Lard, Demerara Sugar, Mixed Peel, Icing Sugar, Nutmeg, Water, RYE Flour. For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL PRODUCTS ARE MADE IN AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE NUT PRODUCTS ARE PRODUCED.
A limited quantity will available from 10th December. (Last day for online orders is 15th December).

Nice tasting cake and great marzipan but the cake was noticeably dry which was a shame. Maybe we were expecting a more moist Christmas type cake. We ate it the day after we collected it otherwise we might have thought it was a bit stale.
Love Hambleton Bakery! Just got this with my xmas order and it tastes stale :(
Everything else is gorgeous, amazing mince pies.
Bought from Hambleton Bakery in West Bridgford and opened it a day later. Expected it to be a bit like panettone but it was so dry it was inedible. I buy a lot from Hambleton and have never been disappointed before. The marzipan was lovely and packaging was pretty.
