We have bought regularly on order through local shop and enjoyed the wholemeal loaf very much but last Saturday and today noticed the bread was very different. It was less dense and paler as though it was a mixture of wholemeal and white so has the recipe changed or what has caused the difference
I love the bread but the slices you do at the bakery are thicker than the shop slicer
Lovely bread. Quite dense but nice taste
