Love the pumpkin seeds and the nigella seeds.
I tried this bread a while ago & it was a bit dry/dense for me but bought some on today & it’s an amazing texture, heavy enough to be satisfying but not dry & the flavours are wonderful, will buy again.
I've noticed that the last couple of purchases - about 7 loaves - have changed. The bread seems much softer and wetter? than the previous batches (which I have been ordering for a long time.
I don't think this is an improvement and much prefer the bread as it used to be .
Have you changed the recipe or the baking time?
