We had a large Goat’s cheese tart and a Ham, Cheese & Mustard of the same size, collected and eaten on 21 st December. They were satisfactory and enjoyed but we did agree that the pastry cases on both tarts was not up to standard, difficult to cut and not as crisp and short as we have come to expect from Hambleton.
A welcome return to this classic tart, it was missed!
Delicious, but could perhaps, do with a little more mustard as that element is barely noticeable
